PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water Diver program has something for everyone. This exciting program includes a total of five adventure dives from the following list (must include deep and navigation dive):

If you’re 15 or older, and a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent, then you’re ready for the Advanced Open Water Diver program. Or, if you’re a PADI Junior Open Water Diver or equivalent and between the ages of 12-14, there’s the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver program. After successfully completing the course, you’ll receive the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification. This allows you to participate in more advanced diving activities with a maximum recommended depth limit of 30 metres/100 feet, in addition to the qualifications listed for PADI Open Water Divers. What does this program offer you? New experiences, new skills, lots of diving and thrilling adventures!As a certified PADI Open Water Diver you have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional. If you already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience or are PADI Scuba Diver certified, check with your instructor to see how credit from these courses may apply to the open water program. Your underwater adventure can begin as soon as today with the new PADI Open Water Diver Video and interactive CD-ROM! You can view these materials at home, at your own pace and then meet with an instructor for further assistance. Open water learning options also include group or private instruction. This course offers tremendous flexibility and lets you work out individual needs with your instructor.Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. At some point in the course, your PADI Instructor will ask you to demonstrate the ability to swim 200 metres/yards without swim aids or 300 metres/yards with mask, fins and snorkel and complete a bit of paperwork, to get you on your way. If you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available.
PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course Tioman 2 Days 2 Nights Friday Evening Departure - S$490 weekly.Package will include :

  • 2 nights & 5 meals in Tioman.
  • 2 way transfers (Sin / Tio / Sin) by coach & ferry.
  • All rooms are airconditioned with hot shower, based on quad sharing basis.
  • Twin and single share suppliment is S$40/S$80 per person per package.
  • Manual & certification.
  • Usage of BCD and Regulator.
  • RM$5 marine park tax is payable in Mersing.
  • Please provide 1 colored passport photo/Jpeg for certification.
  • Provide own torch & slate, rental & sale of both items available.

Course Programme:

Day 1

1900 hrs - coach departs from 248 River Valley Road.
2330 hrs - arrival Mersing & depart for Tioman.
0200 hrs - arrival Tioman & check in to rooms.

Day 2

0800 hrs - rise & shine, breakfast.
0900 hrs - deep & peak performance buoyancy dive.
1400 hrs - lunch at the resort.
1500 hrs - navigation dive.
1930 hrs - night dive and dinner.

Day 3
0800 hrs - rise & shine , breakfast.
0900 hrs - leisure & boat dive.
1300 hrs - lunch at the resort.
1430 hrs - dive boat departs for Mersing.
1700 hrs - dinner in Mersing (own expense) & depart for Singapore.
2200 hrs - home sweet home!
